  • As a newly eligible associate, you have a limited time from your initial eligibility date to enroll in the Supplemental Life Insurance Plan with reduced underwriting.

    If you do not apply during your initial eligibility, you will be asked for additional medical information and must be approved before coverage can be issued. You still have time, but don't hesitate because your opportunity will be over soon.
